Sailor Found Dead In San Diego Bay

The Navy is investigating the death of a sailor whose body was found floating in San Diego Bay on Oct. 12 between Piers 1 and 2, officials said. Officials identified the sailor as Machinist's Mate Fireman Justin J. Williams of Aurora, Colo. Williams 23, was assigned to the dock landing ship Dubuque, according to Cmdr. Jane Campbell, a Naval Surface Forces spokeswoman in Coronado, Calif.
