A Visit From Mcpon

Master Chief Petty OFFICER OF THE Navy Joe Campa (SW/FMF) paid a visit to the Navys next generation of bubbleheads Oct. 15, telling students at the Naval Submarine School in New London, Conn. that he was there to listen to their concerns about their training and the Navy. Many students said they worried about how much computer based training they're required to do. Campa said he supports more traditional classroom time, with students learning from human instructors. With today's advances in technology, we need to ensure there is a balance between computer based and instructor based training Campa said.
